This watercolor bouquet was done as a commissioned piece. Rebekah wanted to give her grandmother a special gift for her upcoming birthday, and she had the idea of a bouquet of flowers with all her family’s birth-month flowers.
I love the sentiment and how personal it could make a simple bouquet. On the backside of the painting, I wrote out the months and their flowers. This was truly such a rewarding project and an honor to be a part of their family celebration in a little way.
